Yo forum members.
I have just purchased a mk5 R32 in stunning condition. I live near the coast and I am desperate to remove the foam blocks in the front wings because the car currently has no rust. After this I am going to Armor shield the car.
Does anyone have any instructions or information on how to complete the foam block removal?
Your help would be hugely appreciated 👍

Really easy, did mine recently. Remove front wheel, remove arch liner(give the inner arch a good clean while in there) the foam will be clear to see and you simply grab hold of it and pull it out
