Log rpm,load, lambda1 and 2. See it if occurs more at higher load/rpm to check blocked fuel filter/ faulty pump.

Check your exhaust flexies - it's common for them to leak and the exhaust can suck in air between pulses, upping the exhaust O2 content. the Sensors measure this air, and up the fuel trims to "compensate". When they don't see the difference they expect, they trigger the code.

It happens, because even when it enrichens the trims, the same amount of air leaks in and it's only measuring the O2 content, so even though the system is running rich, it sees it as lean from to much O2.

 

Anyone got any MAF readings I can compare too? Compared mine with another Mk5 R32 and mine reads lower across the RPM range. E.g. both at 4000rpm mines 10g/s lower!

 

Rename it .csv instead of txt. Lots of other logged info there but look where throttle is 100 (WOT) and corresponding rpm and mass air flow

 

Needed a new fuel pump. Fixed the issue.
